What are Porcini Mushrooms?
All of Europe loves the mushroom that is Porcini. Each country even has its own name for the small yet savory fungi. The French call them Cépe, the Germans Steinpilz, The English lovingly refer to them as Penny Buns, for their distinct rounded dome, and of course, the Italians call them Porcini, meaning piglets.
